Pre-qualification and/or potential scam letters

We have had a customer call regarding a pre-qualification letter they received in the mail.  The letter states that because they are a good customer of the Bank of Cave City, they are pre-qualified for a loan. We want to make you aware that this is not a letter that the Bank of Cave City has sent, nor do we have any participation in the offer.  We have no knowledge of the company extending the offer, and want to make you aware in the event it is a scam.  Please feel free to contact us anytime you receive something that you are unsure of in regards to your financial business.
