Lost or Stolen Cards
The Bank of Cave City is committed to our customers' financial security and peace of mind. If you misplace your credit or debit card, or have your card stolen, please contact us at any of our locations. We will immediately cancel the card and order a replacement. If you need to report a card lost or stolen during non-banking hours, just call one of the 24-hour customer service numbers listed below. Please contact us during the next business day to ensure that your new card will be mailed as quickly as possible.
To report a debit card lost or stolen, call Pulse/Passport customer service at 1-888-297-3416.
To report a credit card lost or stolen, contact FIS customer service at 1-800-423-7503.
